Maintain adult’s dependants
55 Maintain adult’s dependants
(1) An administrator for an adult may provide from the adult’s estate for
the needs of a dependant of the adult.
(2) However, unless the tribunal
orders otherwise, what is provided must not be more than what is reasonable
having regard to all the circumstances and, in particular, the adult’s
financial circumstances.
