39 Act together with joint guardians or administrators
(1) Guardians or administrators for an adult who may exercise power for a
matter jointly must exercise the power unanimously.
(2) If it is
impracticable or impossible to exercise the power unanimously, 1 or more of
the guardians or administrators, or another interested person for the adult,
may apply for directions to the tribunal.
