GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2000 - SECT 35
35 Act honestly and with reasonable diligence
A guardian or administrator who may exercise power for an adult must exercise
the power honestly and with reasonable diligence to protect the adult's
interests.
Maximum penalty--200 penalty units.
