Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the tribunal appoints an administrator for a matter involving an interest in land, the tribunal and the administrator must each, within 3 months of the appointment, advise the registrar of titles.
(2) If the registrar of titles receives an advice, the registrar of titles must enter the advice in a file maintained for the purpose.
(3) The administrator must pay the fee payable to the registrar of titles.
