Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must keep a register containing a copy of each exemption notice given under section 71A.
(2) A person may, on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation--
(a) inspect the register at the chief executive's office when the office is open to the public; and
(b) obtain a copy of a notice in the register.
