(a) at any time on a Sunday or a public holiday; or
(b) on a Saturday--
(i) between midnight and 9.00a.m.; or
(ii) between 5.00p.m. and midnight; or
(c) on any other day--
(i) between midnight and 9.00a.m.; or
(ii) between 6.00p.m. and midnight;
for the purpose of negotiating a contract to which this division applies or for an incidental or related purpose.
Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
