FAIR TRADING ACT 1989 - SECT 57B
57B References to contract for the supply of goods or services to a person who is a party to the contract
For this division, a contract is a contract for the supply of goods or
services to a person who is a party to the contract if it provides for the
supply of goods or services to the person or to someone else but on the order
of the person.
