Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may delegate the Minister's powers under section 11(3), (4) and (6) to an appropriately qualified public service officer or employee.
(2) In this section--
appropriately qualified, for a person to whom a power may be delegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
