Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer has the function of conducting investigations and inspections to monitor and enforce compliance with this Act.
(2) An authorised officer has the powers given under this or another Act.
(3) The powers of an authorised officer may be limited--
(a) under a regulation; or
(b) under a condition of appointment; or
(c) by notice of Safe Food given to the authorised officer.
