FOOD PRODUCTION (SAFETY) ACT 2000 - SECT 77
77 Supply of unsafe primary produce
A person must not supply primary produce that the person knows, or ought
reasonably to know, is unsafe.
Maximum penalty--3000 penalty units or
imprisonment for 2 years.
