FOOD PRODUCTION (SAFETY) ACT 2000 - SECT 63

If Safe Food decides to grant or renew the approval, it must, within 14 days after making the decision, give the applicant--

(a) the approval; and

(b) if Safe Food imposes conditions on the approval, a written notice stating--

(i) the decision and the reasons for it; and

(ii) that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and

(iii) how to appeal.
