Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSafe Food may amend an accreditation, including, for example, by adding a further condition to the accreditation--
(a) with the written agreement of the accreditation holder; or
(b) if Safe Food believes the amendment is necessary or desirable to ensure the production of primary produce is carried out in a way that makes the primary produce safe for human or animal consumption and section 53 has been complied with.
