FOOD PRODUCTION (SAFETY) ACT 2000 - SECT 49

If Safe Food decides to refuse the application, it must, within 14 days after making the decision, give the applicant a written notice stating--

(a) the decision and the reasons for it; and

(b) that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and

(c) how to appeal.
