Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Safe Food's seal must be kept in the custody of the chief executive officer or as directed by the board and may be used only as authorised by the board.
(2) Judicial notice must be taken of the imprint of Safe Food's seal appearing on a document and the document must be presumed to have been properly sealed until the contrary is proved.
