FOOD PRODUCTION (SAFETY) ACT 2000 - SECT 20

20 Vacation of office

The office of the chief executive officer becomes vacant if the chief executive officer--

(a) dies; or
(b) resigns office by notice given to the Minister; or
(c) ceases to be qualified to be the chief executive officer.
