FOOD PRODUCTION (SAFETY) ACT 2000 - SECT 13

(1) Safe Food Production QLD (Safe Food) is established.

(2) Safe Food--

(a) is a body corporate; and

(b) has a seal; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) Safe Food does not represent the State.
