FOOD PRODUCTION (SAFETY) ACT 2000 - SECT 12
12 Meaning of substantially changed
The nature of primary produce is substantially changed if--
(a) any thing
done to the primary produce markedly increases its shelf life; or
(b) any
food is added to it.
