Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The amendment of this Act by the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001 does not affect the validity of the registration of an existing charge on the property of a society.
(2) In this section—
existing charge means a charge that, immediately before the commencement of the amendments of this Act by the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001, was registered under this Act.
