Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a proceeding for an offence brought under this Act by QOFS that started before the transfer date but which is not completed immediately before the date.
(2) On and after the transfer date, the proceeding may continue to be prosecuted by the registrar in place of QOFS and the registrar may be substituted for QOFS.
