Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar may, on receipt of written application by a society or of the registrar's own initiative, extend or abridge the time within which anything is required to be done under this Act or the society's rules.
(2) An application under subsection (1) may be made to the registrar even though the time sought to be abridged or extended has ended.
