Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to an offence against this Act, if the act or omission constituting the offence happened before the commencement of this section.
(2) Without limiting the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20, section 55 as in force before the commencement of this section continues to apply in relation to the offence.
