Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the commissioner is satisfied a first home owner grant is payable on an application, the commissioner must authorise the payment of the grant.
(2) The commissioner may authorise the payment of the grant before the completion of the eligible transaction if the commissioner is satisfied it is appropriate in particular circumstances.
