Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Within 4 months after the end of each financial year or within such extended period not exceeding 2 months as the registrar in a particular case determines (the registrar being hereby thereunto authorised), a corporation shall furnish to the registrar a return in the approved form containing such particulars as are prescribed and accompanied by the prescribed documents.
Maximum penalty--2 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is a continuing offence and may be charged in 1 or more complaints for periods the offence continues.
Maximum penalty for each day the offence continues after a conviction against subsection (1)--1 penalty unit.
