Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Where pursuant to a delegation of the commissioner's powers a chief fire warden or a fire warden is empowered to issue notices under section 64 or 69 or to determine applications for permits under section 65, any person aggrieved by a decision made by the chief fire warden or fire warden in the exercise of the power may appeal against the decision by notice in writing given to the commissioner.
(2) The commissioner may allow or dismiss an appeal and may, where an appeal is allowed, make any order that appears just.
