FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE ACT 1990 - SECT 33

33 Mode of dismissal or suspension

(1) Dismissal or suspension must be effected in accordance with this Act and the principles of natural justice.

(2) Dismissal or suspension is effected by giving the officer concerned a written notice signed by the chief executive.
