Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to any applicable industrial award or industrial agreement, persons employed under section 25 shall be paid salary, wages and allowances at such rates and shall be employed under such conditions of employment as the chief executive determines.
(2) However, if a person mentioned in subsection (1) is employed on contract for a fixed term, the conditions of the person's employment are not subject to any industrial award or agreement.
