Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) During the election period for a general election, no public service employee of the treasury department (a treasury employee), in his or her official capacity, may give oral or written comments or cost estimates relating to policy proposals of any political party or candidate for election to anyone, except another treasury employee.
(2) Subsection (1) is to be read with the Electoral Act 1992.
