Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An accountable officer may delegate the officer's powers under this Act to an officer or employee of a department who has qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
Example of standing--
an officer's classification level in the public service
(2) The Public Service Act 2008, section 103, does not apply to an accountable officer's powers under this Act.
