Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the second local government has advised the first local government of a thing done or omitted to be done by the licensee while in the second local government's area.
(2) The first local government may take action in relation to the thing done or omitted to be done by the licensee as if the thing had been done or omitted to be done in the first local government's area.
