Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a licensee carries on a licensable food business from mobile premises to which the licence relates in a second local government's area.
(2) For the period the licensee carries on the food business from the mobile premises in the second local government's area, the licensee has the obligations under the licensee's licence.
