Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If, under section 99, the applicant must have an accredited food safety program for the food business, the application must be accompanied by the proposed food safety program for the business.
(2) If the applicant is not an applicant mentioned in subsection (1), the application may be accompanied by a proposed food safety program for the food business.
