FOOD ACT 2006 - SECT 51

51 Licensee to comply with conditions of licence

(1) A licensee must not contravene a condition of the licence.

Maximum penalty--200 penalty units.

(2) The penalty under subsection (1) may be imposed whether or not the licence is suspended or cancelled because of the contravention.
