Contravention of particular fisheries declarations
77 Contravention of particular fisheries declarations
(1) A person to whom a regulated fishing apparatus declaration or regulated
fishing method declaration applies must comply with the declaration.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
(2) A person to whom a
regulated waters declaration applies must comply with the declaration.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.
