FISHERIES ACT 1994 - SECT 76S

76S Purpose of sdiv 6

This subdivision states—

(a) the penalties that are to apply to particular offences under the Planning Act ; and

(b) an additional requirement for persons carrying out, under the Planning Act , development in an emergency.
