Consideration of application for issue of authority
55 Consideration of application for issue of authority
(1) The chief executive must consider an application for the issue of an
authority and may issue the authority or refuse to issue it.
(2) In
considering the application, the chief executive must comply with any relevant
regulation or declaration.
