257 Continuing application of pt 5, div 3A, sdivs 1 to 4
(1) This section applies to a development application made but not decided
under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement.
(2)
Part 5, division 3A, subdivisions 1 to 4 as in force before the commencement
continue to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable
Planning Act 2009 had not commenced.
(3) In this section—
"commencement" means the day this section commences.
