182 Obstruction etc. of inspector

(1) A person must not obstruct an inspector in the exercise of a power, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.

(2) In this section—


"obstruct" includes assault, hinder, resist and attempt or threaten to obstruct.
