An inspector who boards a boat or enters a vehicle under this part may seize—
(a) a thing in or on the boat or vehicle; or
(b) the boat or vehicle itself;if the inspector believes, on reasonable grounds, the thing, boat or vehicle is evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act.
