(a) the chief executive, a
local government or an entity prescribed by regulation (a
"prescribed entity" ); or
(b) an officer or employee of the public service;
or
(c) an officer, employee or member of a local government or
prescribed entity; or
(d) an officer or employee of the Commonwealth or
another State.
(2) A delegation of a power to the chief executive, a local
government, a prescribed entity, or an officer or employee of the Commonwealth
or another State, may permit the subdelegation of the power.
