Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe chief executive may from time to time enter into contracts with owners of land whereon forest products or quarry material are not the absolute property of the Crown for the purchase by the chief executive of any forest products or quarry material on that land and may get, or enter into such contracts or other arrangements as the chief executive thinks fit for the getting of, such forest products or quarry material on and from that land by such means as the chief executive considers proper.
