Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Unless otherwise indicated or provided, the provisions of every other Act or law (except the River Improvement Trust Act 1940), and every provision (excepting this part) of this Act shall be read and construed and shall have operation and effect, subject to this part.
(2) Furthermore every lease, licence, permit or other authority granted under any Act, whether before, on, or after the commencement of this Act, in relation to any Crown holding or any lease or other entitlement granted under the Mining Acts or the GHG Storage Act shall be read and construed so as not to limit the operation and effect of, but so as to be subject to, this part.
(3) However, no provision of a permit or licence under this part shall authorise or be deemed to authorise the destruction of any tree contrary to any prohibition against its destruction imposed by or pursuant to the River Improvement Trust Act 1940.
