7A Act does not apply to particular transactions etc.
(1) This Act does not apply to a transaction, requirement, permission,
electronic communication or other matter of a kind mentioned in schedule 1 .
(2) A regulation may provide that this Act does not apply to a transaction,
requirement, permission, electronic communication or other matter not
mentioned in schedule 1 .
(3) A regulation made under subsection (2) expires
1 year after the regulation is made.
