533 Application for enrolment at mature age State school
(1) This section
applies if—
(a) an application for enrolment at a mature age State school
was made under section 155 of the pre-amended Act by a person with a current
positive notice; and
(b) immediately before the commencement, the application
had not been decided.
(2) The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation
to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(3) To remove
any doubt, it is declared that subsection (2) applies whether or not the
mature age State school is a mature age State school on or after the
commencement.
