(a) the chief executive
issued a positive notice in relation to a mature age State school to a person
under section 29(1)(a) or 42(7) of the pre-amended Act; and
(b) the notice is
in force immediately before the commencement.
(2) Chapter 2, part 5 of the
pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the positive notice as if
the amending Act had not been enacted.
(3) To remove any doubt, it is
declared that subsection (2) applies whether or not the mature age State
school is a mature age State school on or after the commencement.
