529 Cancellation of approval to operate international educational institution
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person had
operated an international educational institution under the Governor in
Council’s approval under the repealed chapter.
(2) On the commencement, the
approval is taken to be cancelled.
(3) In this section—
"repealed chapter" means chapter 18 as in force before the commencement.
