(a) the
chief executive has made a policy or procedure about the way in which
principals of State schools are to control and regulate student discipline;
and
(b) the policy or procedure is in force immediately before the
commencement.
(2) The policy or procedure is taken to be a policy or
procedure made by the chief executive under section 276.
