(1) Arrangements approved under the repealed E(GP)
Act, section 114A, to apply to a student of a non-State school instead of
participation in the school’s educational programs in the usual way, and in
force immediately before the commencement, are taken to be arrangements
approved under section 182.
(2) Arrangements approved under the repealed
E(GP) Act, section 114B, to apply to a student of a State educational
institution instead of participation in the institution’s educational
programs in the usual way, and in force immediately before the commencement,
are taken to be arrangements approved under section 183.
