450 Application for mature age student notices

An application for a mature age student notice made to the chief executive under the repealed E(GP) Act, section 26AD, but not decided under section 26AE of that Act immediately before the commencement—

(a) is taken to have been made under section 28; and

(b) must be decided under section 29.
