391 Application for review
(1) The application must be made— (a) if the
person is given an information notice about the decision—within 30 school
days after the person is given the information notice; or
(b)
otherwise—within 30 school days after the person otherwise becomes aware of
the decision.
(2) The chief executive may extend the time for making the
application.
(3) The application must be in the approved form and supported
by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application.
