(1) This section applies if
the enrolment of a student (the
"former student" ) at a State school (the
"previous school" ) has ceased and the former student is later enrolled at
another State school (the
"new school" ).
(2) This part does not prevent the former school’s
principal transferring records, in the possession of the former school’s
principal, relating to the former student to the new school’s principal.
